Happy New Year! Shot myself in the face with the champagne cork, OUCH! I'm just happy to be alive...

They should put warnings on all corks like this:

btw, I didn't open the champagne with the bottle pointed at my face like this babo, i just untwisted the wire and BAM the cork popped off as i was walking with it.

Bottle cork accidents are more common than people think.

played 5 card tournaments at work on sunday, during one tournament the games somehow evolved into physical challenges and we had a little office olympics. events included: standstill long jump, styrofoam cup and paper ball bowling, golf, pitching cards, sharpshooting, curling, paperfootball, pushup contest, trashcan basketball, around the world, bicep challenge, and typing challenge (http://www.ebaumsworld.com/2006/11/qwerty-warriors.html). unfortunately sunday wasn't a good gambling day, picked up silver after losing the tiebreak and lost every card tournament. nonetheless it was an interesting day at work.

watched the guardian over the weekend... it was pretty good. kinda made me want to join the coast guard or the military so i could save lives. but yoonjoung said she didn't want me to go to war, so i guess i'll just have to save lives from my cubicle.

on the way back from the movie we saw 2 deer humping on the side of the road. there was also a 3rd deer just watching... must've been a byuntae deer or maybe he called next. that was really weird
